In the crock pot 👏🏼 😉
Perfect to make for a busy day in between sports and activities. We eat ours with a slice of sour dough toast.

🤎 Instant pot beef sandwiches with Au Jus
Hit the sauté button and add a little butter or olive oil. Sear both sides of your chuck/rump roast. While cooking I season with salt and pepper and add slivered sliced onion 🧅 in the corners of the pot to sauté. When beef is browned on the outside I then add
1 box of beef broth
1 packet of McCormick Au Jus seasoning
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves minced garlic 🧄

Cook high pressure for 25 min then quick release
Slice meat thin and return to beef broth
Place cooked onions and beef on toasted bread and dip in a little bowl of the juice. I like to add coarse mustard and Swiss cheese to my sandwich. Quick meal 🥘 for a busy school night. Makes delicious leftovers.
