They are light and soft- a crowd pleaser❤️
1 stick butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Mix
1 egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Mix
1 cup quick oats
1 cup rice crispy cereal
2/3 cup shredded coconut
Mix
Roll into balls
Bake 350 for 9-12 min
