👩🏼‍🍳🥮😋Pour a layer of heaving whipping cream into empty pan. Place dough rolls on top. Pour a layer of heavy whipping cream on top. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and mix with about half a cup (or more) of brown sugar! Pour onto dough. Bake as directed. YOU’RE WELCOME!

In 1886 Empress Elisabeth was gifted this “Palace of Dreams” from her husband Emperor Franz Joseph with the hope she’d stay close to Vienna. Named Hermesvilla, this home away from home pays tribute to the statue Hermes who is the Guardian of the Garden. After the fall of the empire it became a museum in 1927. WWII left many areas looted and in disrepair. After Disney expressed interest in the building and grounds, the Austrian authorities decided to renovate the palace and make a nature preserve with the surrounding grounds. It was one of my most favorite things we did in Vienna. Closed only on Mondays and open the rest of the week from 10-5 PM
